Stephanie Callaghan, Vice President of Corporate Quality
Stephanie Callaghan joined Platinum Solutions in 2005 as Director of Corporate Quality to establish a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) based quality program and expand upon the best practices, tools, methodologies, and knowledge capital of Platinum Solutions. In November 2005, Ms. Callaghan successfully led Platinum Solutions through a fully external CMMI Level 2 appraisal. She earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2006 and was recently promoted to Vice President of Corporate Quality.
Prior to joining Platinum Solutions, Ms. Callaghan was an executive at Accenture where she spent seven years working with projects in the USA Government Operating Unit. Ms. Callaghan assisted project teams at key clients such as the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Commerce to implement methodologies, best practices, and tools in accordance with CMMI Level 4.
Ms. Callaghan is an alumna of Virginia Tech where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Management Science. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Washington D.C. Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN).
