The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced that participating law enforcement agencies will soon be able to access the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) online. Our work with the FBI includes case management systems and analytical systems to solve violent crimes and sexual assault cases. Platinum Solutions has assisted the ViCAP program to provide improved communication and coordination between law enforcement agencies as well as support in their effort to investigate, track, and apprehend violent serial offenders. This web-enabled application utilizes a SOA architecture that has become a component of other FBI projects.
